A snail is moving slowly behind his mother with heavy shell on their back. He is tired, then asks his mother: “why should we carry so hearvy shell, while the butterfly can fly in the sky?” His mother says:”because she has a pair of wings by the favor of god”. Then the little snail asks again: “why doesn’t the rainworm carry a so heavy shell?” His mother responses again: “because he has his house by the favor of mother earth.” The little snail bursts into tears. “Child,” his mother continues, “we don’t live by god, don’t live by earth, but we live by ourselves”.
This is a story told by Fu Dekun in a TV program “Win In China”. I had the same feeling as him at the first moment, but the following advices proposed by Yu Minhong changed my mind totally. Yu said: “in fact, the shell was added by yourself, so if you have more courage, you can get rid of it, even grow your own wings, and between heaven and earth you will soar freely.”
These words were my greatest apocalypse these years, shared with you here.
